Pete and his wife, Sarah, currently live in the R.A.N.C.H. Triangle neighborhood of Lincoln Park with their dog, Charlie.  They are in the process of meticulously restoring their 131 year old "Workers Cottage" style home to it's original splendor. Pete and Sarah are truly happy living in Lincoln Park with all that it has to offer.  This newly married couple plans on growing roots, a family, and old in this great community.

In 2005, Pete partnered with John Federici and together they co-founded Krain - Commercial and Residential Real Estate(sm). Their passion for real estate is reflected in their client satisfaction, agent satisfaction, and overall growth of the company.
